What does Zylo charge drivers?
Zylo charges 7% commission + 3% service fee, for a total platform deduction of 10% on applicable trip earnings.
When can I access my earnings?
Eligible electronic trip earnings move from pending to available after the 48-hour holding period. Once available, you can withdraw them from your Zylo Wallet.
What happens if I don’t withdraw?
Available earnings that remain in your wallet are included in your normal weekly payout.
How do commission-free Tuesdays work?
Drivers who reach Gold tier or above unlock 0% commission on Tuesdays. Your current tier and progress towards the next tier are shown in the Zylo Driver app.
Can I choose when I drive?
Yes. You control when you go online and offline, so you can decide when you want to drive.
What documents do I need to drive with Zylo?
You’ll need the valid driver, vehicle and regulatory documents required for your operating area. The registration flow will show you the exact checklist for your application.
Does my vehicle need to be inspected?
Yes. Your vehicle must meet Zylo’s applicable vehicle requirements and complete any required inspection process before approval.
Can I see the trip before I accept it?
Yes. Zylo shows key information such as rider details, pickup, journey information and estimated earnings before you decide whether to accept the trip.
