How to report a safety concern connected to a trip or account.

If there is immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services first.

Use the in-app Safety tools during an active trip where available.

For a completed incident, contact Zylo Support with the trip reference and a clear description of what happened.
Do not use the website form as a substitute for emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.
